the process was very smooth. I applied randomly from LinkedIn and was called for screening within a week of application. I then was moved forward to Hiring managers round, had a very good conversation with manger... he was very much interested in getting to know me and my professional work ex. after that i was called for last round with director.
after a week of last round recruiter called me to offer me that position.

Asked to predict some financial points about the company, but reasonably easy to answer based on the industry. They were 30 minutes late to start the interview process. Not too bad.
