      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AiCure in Apr 2023

      Interview

      The interview process was very unclear and disorganized from the start. A recruiter called me and left a voice message detailing they wanted to set up an interview over a month after I had applied. I called back, and interviewed and was told they'd get back to me the next week. After two weeks of radio silence, I was selected for a second and final interview. The final interview was a panel interview with 3 members from the team. After the final interview, I was assured they'd reach out to me to let me know their final decision but unfortunately they ghosted me. They never replied to my follow-up emails, sent me an official notice email, nor did they return my phone call and voice message. Extremely unprofessional company.
