I had a few typical recruitment interviews with the hiring manager, Board memeber, manager of the other Business Unit cooperating with sales (consulting and depolyment BU), a sales peer and HR lead.

Interview
Easy phone screen in Polish / English and then interview on-site with recruiter and two project managers. Process lasted 1 week total. Job posting was copy-pasted and the skills listed there were completely wrong. Project managers were not familiar with the technology I was interviewed for at all and no developers were there, so I got bombarded with a huge amount of irrelevant questions. They were asking very tricky questions about low-level and embedded programming, which is way out of my scope and not relevant. Whiteboard trivias. General architecture questions of backend systems (not my scope). One of the PMs got really angry that I have more than 5 projects on my github page (what?).
Job offer however was generous for me at that time so I bit the bullet and accepted it.

Phone interview. Talk in English. Office interview. I have to describe my projects. Technical interview with team leader. A lot of questions about databases, concurrency and collections. OnLine test. Simple task with Spring, Hibernate and Spring MVC.
