3 rounds of interviews for a sales manager position. It was a bit of a mess, as people who were supposed to show to the interview didn’t show, but they were communicative throughout the process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aimbridge Hospitality (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
Very easy interview process consisting of a phone screen with the hiring manager and an in-person interview with hotel leadership. Ultimately declined the offer for two reasons: While the team was friendly, there was no official offer letter presented, just a verbal offer with the salary told over the phone. I had to press further for information on benefits. The mandatory 47.5 hour work week was also a large push factor.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aimbridge Hospitality (Lexington, KY)
Interview
I received an email asking when I was available that week for an interview, I gave several varying options of a times and days but was asked to come in the next day instead. Met with the Director of Sales and had one-on-one interview for 30-45 minutes, I was under the impression the interview went well and she had mentioned she would be in touch either way. Never heard back, no response to thank you or follow-up email.
