I applied, The General Manager Called me and we met for lunch. Then I was offered the position after speaking to her Boss. The process was quick and smooth. Spoke with only 3 people before being offered the position.

What are you 5 year and 10 year career and life goals?
Standard for an operations role at a hotel—questions in experience, etc. Management styles, conflict resolution, any experience you may have with other operational challenges. Phone interview/zoom interview, in person interview.

Interview
Zero vacation days during your entire first year. Your second year they only give one week of vacation. This is not a company trying to find good talent.

Very basic and standard interview. Nothing unexpected or thought provoking. Lady who interviewed me was very nice and sweet.

The actual interview process was average at best, conducted by a Regional Manager. But when told NOT to contact a previous employer, the did so anyway, but denied doing so.
