It was very slow process. Online video interview was little weird. You need to have web cam and speaker or mic to process online interview.
You will get response only if you qualified.

Question 1
What is your best customer service experience which beyond customers expectation?
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
