Applied online. Got an email asking me to schedule a brief phone interview. The phone interview was brief and discussed the position, working conditions, and salary. Then they asked me why Air Canada, what I knew of the company. And a few situational questions. We reviewed my experience. She said I'd hear back in two weeks about me moving on to the next step. It took three weeks and then I got called to come in for a face-to-face interview at the airport. I had my interview and heard back a week later offering me the job. I accepted. I start in a few weeks and I'm super excited!
