very easy and smooth. Friendly in person open house. Simple questions, 3 stages : 1-Welcome, 2-basic communication with one of current customer agent and3- HR in-person interview. No stress. No pressure. Not too long. less then 1 hour.

Phone interview about what you would do in certain work situations, oral language test, forms to sign by email & email back time sensitive, past work experience pretty well general as any other work situation except no face to face in person but video conference and language test with french recruiter.
