Interview
The airline interview process usually consists of resume screening, online assessments, group discussions, panel interviews, simulator assessments, and medical evaluations to assess candidates' aviation knowledge, skills, customer service aptitude, and physical fitness.

Have you worked in a high pressure environment before? Tell us about your experience.
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
