I received a phone call from ACS in which the interviewer barely asked me any questions. She just went straight into saying it was not an interview and went onto speak about what the company/position was about, she did not ask me what I knew about the company. Then she only focused on my most recent employment experience, followed by why sales question. I was rejected for the position because I didn't have enough sales experience yet I had eight years of experience on my resume not to mention I have a Federal Aviation Administration technician certificate with an airframe rating.
