I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Air Distribution Technologies (Plano, TX) in July 2025
Interview
First phone interview, simple questions to introduce yourself and speak about your experience and background. Then they detail what the job is like and what it entails. Easy interview, however ghosted me for 3 weeks when they said they would follow up after 3 days. Reached out multiple times with no response until a month after, letting me know the results. After the phone interview, called me back the next day to ask the same questions becuase something happened with the interviewers computer(?) and they lost all the data I provided.
I applied online. I interviewed at Air Distribution Technologies (Sanford, NC) in Oct 2024
Interview
My interview experience at Air Distribution Technologies left a lot to be desired. Originally described as a three-step process, it turned into four steps when I was required to come in and tour the facility, followed by additional meetings with faculty in their offices. From the start, it was clear that the job description didn’t match the role's actual responsibilities, and the HR representative seemed to have little understanding of the position itself. The interview process was not only unconventional but also unnecessarily time-consuming and felt disingenuous. To add to this, the facility itself was in poor condition, with obvious signs of age and mold visible on the ceilings. Overall, a disappointing experience. 0/10. Save yourself the time and don’t bother. No wonder they had limited applicants.
