Interview
Interview process starts off with a group discussion, which almost everyone gets through. You then go one on one with the psychologist who goes through your CV and asks CV based questions and your general team working ability as a person. Some people do get eliminated from this round. It is important to develop your team working abilities and give tangible examples here. With the panel, you are expected to answer your technical questions and they will try to force a mistake from you but you have to trust your knowledge and answer correctly. They may try to psychologically trick you too but again, you are interviewing for a role where there's 200 people behind you in a 500cr metal tube trusting their lives with your hands, so maintaining composure is crucial.
