Air Lift interview questions

One phone interview and two in person interviews. I met with probably 3-5 people each time I came onsite. Everyone was very friendly, the building was clean, and they offered me refreshments.

Interview consisted of a screening call with HR, then a call with the team lead for the web team. This was followed by an online skills test, a personality test, and then a meeting with the team and management of the department. Overall very straight forward, and on par with similar companies.
