I only had a phone pre-screen but that was enough to set the mood and the experience I would've had if I was hired. A recruiter pre-screened me and was really, really rude. Constantly interrupting me when I was answering her questions, giving me responses such as "Mmm hmm, uh huh" and responded with ".....and?" instead of asking me to elaborate like a professional would. Sounded like she wasn't even listening because I had to repeat myself and answer questions I had answered from previous questions she asked. At the end she'd ask me "Benefits?". I asked her to clarify and she goes "Do you have benefits?". Yeah, I'm a full-time employee as my company, why wouldn't I have benefits? As an HR professional myself, this was such a turn-off from a company who has a reputation for being great. Even though I didn't move forward in the interview process, if I did, the initial contact was such a disappointment in how I was talked to.
Start from TA screening call to 1 face to face interview in 1 powerhouse. TA is kind and quick response. The f2f interview taken by manager and team lead. Overall, they asked the questions according to your resume. Quite detailed (including your uni life).
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Buenos Aires) in June 2025
Interview
muy amable, muy cálida la entrevistadora. No quede pero aun asi me lleve una muy buena imagen. Muy buena comunicando al decirme que mi perfil no daba para el rol pero que lo iba a dejar asentado en el sistema por si surgía otra oportunidad
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
hablar en ingles, describir lo que vengo trabajando
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Air Liquide (New Cairo)
Interview
The interview process was normal but the decision takes forever and no feedback or updates were provided during this time. The recruiter and manager were professional and on time. It also took a lot of time to receive the offer.
