Quick response after application (1-2 weeks). Took some sort of evaluation/assessment first (essay questions, "very likely-neutral-very unlikely" type questions, etc.) then 1-2 hours later the interview will proceed. Questions will be partially based on your answers to the evaluation/assessment.
