I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Fremont, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Got hooked up with an interview through Bradley Morris. Didn't even have a phone interview before going to the site. Interview with 3 different guys, about 30 minutes each. Also given a nice tour of the site. Interview went well and all the guys I talked to were awesome, down to earth guys.

Question 1
Haven’t completed the in person to get an offer yet. The phone interview they asked about my experience working with shift work, over time, knowledge of DCS operations, p&ID’s. They asked what was my experience related to the process of the plant and gave a brief layout of what previous operations experience I had and how many years. They also asked what got my interest into wanting to work for Air LIQUIDE. A 7 minute phone interview turned into a 21 minute phone interview. So to me that means they are interested in listening and wanting to hire the best and based off the phone interview running longer than 7 minutes they were impressed. Fingers crossed!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Portland, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Through a Recruiter, received invitation to interview by email. Air Liquide (Voltaix PA) arranged flight, car rental and hotel. Met with 3 persons ( 1 supervisor, training coordinator, and plant manager). Asked mostly behavioral questions and experiences. Each one had basically the same questions and tracking sheets. Each one described the job; plant manager's description was more detailed than the others. Then given lunch and a plant tour. Mostly clean working conditions for a new facility. Not many workers around to ask questions to. Good tour. Overall a Good experience. Met several other candidates and found to have things in common. "Small World"
