I applied online the process took about 4 days until I got a call back from them on the phone. The call lasted for about 15 minutes then they sent me an email talking about the things that I would need to bring to the one interview process and also that it would be a one on one version also a group panel version. Then I would go on ahead and the welding test in a welding booth if I pass I would get the job right then and there on the spot.
