AirClean Systems interview questions

I submitted my resume and was called by one of the managers. I was informed by my references that they had been contacted as well. After the phone call I was called in for an interview. Two days later I was called back for a second interview and offered the position.

There was no phone interview. They had a one-on-one in person interview and a panel interview for the final round. The panel includes management in various departments. They are wanting to see what level of experience you have, and are gauging if you would be a good person to work with. It is a relaxed environment.
