Very professional and transparent. The process involved a phone screening, a virtual interview, and a final in-person interview. The wait time between interviews was not very long, maybe 3-4 days, and they always got back to me in a timely manner.

Enjoyable screening with the potential supervisor followed by a quick panel of the head of finance, legal, HR on a video zoom call days later. Super casual. Very transparent and highlighted that startup can be risky and gave an idea of what to potentially expect. I was asked salary expectations but wasn't given a range they were looking for. I believe the panel phase was perhaps more based on personality, your potential questions, and comments.
