Worked as a consultant prior to interview which was the formality needed before an offer could be made.
Culture is engineering-led, with very confusing and conflicting matrix organsation. Although a new site it not generally inspiring- large open-plan offices that are noisy and impersonal. HR only performs a bodies management role- zero vision of competency-based planning and development. Culture is process rather than output. Nice enough people, though.
