It was quite challenging since there are many tasks throughout the assessment centre days with different type of case studies and interviews. But everyone seems nice and support throught the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Airbus in June 2023

Applied, direct selected assessment day.
It was not worth it. Personal interview round and group interview round was good and it is necessary but they play with candidates and in selection process. I felt awkward. I asked few other candidates they felt the same.
