Interview
Worked with the recruitment team and applied externally for three project manager roles for a new team that opened up. Interview process was the following:
1. Hiring Manager Interview
2. Senior Leadership Interview
3. Human Resources Interview
Rejected from all roles because I didn't have enough "Airbus" knowledge. They selected internal candidates instead.
Advice to candidates: get a position as a contractor here first before they will hire you full time. Unfortunately, they do not value diverse experienced candidates.

Tout se fait via un logiciel, le temps de réponse est très court, Airbus cherche à réduire ses coûts en licenciant ses RH, mais faire un entretien face à un logiciel est la pire des procédures.
long mais bien organisé est structuré, ca vaut le courp d'attendre et de suivre tout le process de recrutement j'ai passé l'entretien avec plusieur personnes 3 ou 4 et finalement j'ai eu l'offre
