I applied online. I interviewed at Airbus (Bristol, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
Assessment day, it required giving a presentation, a group design task and an interview with senior members of staff. The staff were friendly however, felt like you needed to have fairly extensive knowledge of the company during the interview stage.
Virtual assessment day between 8 am and 12 am
Started with Ice breaker activity where we brought in an object.
Next a short group activity
Apprentice insight where we spoke to current apprentices
Finally the interview
Overall great experience, everyone was very relaxed. Wasn't too stressful
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Airbus (Filton, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online. Received a email saying I was pre-selected. A few months later, they invited me to a assessment centre.
Was 5 and a half hours total. Consisted of a group exercise, interview and a Q&A of current graduates in the program.
It was quite challenging but overall enjoyable and even if you get declined, it's very good practice.
