Airgas Local Driver interview questions

Interview process very cumbersome. HR very full of themselves and believe it is beneath them to have to deal with the lowly people who actually service the customers, background check takes 3-7 days, plus a drug test, their process took 6 weeks. Get the impression they are very lazy, no return of calls and contemptuous. She was better than everyone else. Some of the worse HR I have ever encountered from head HR to everyone else, obviously encouraged by management.
