I have been in the recruitment process with Airmee for the VP Marketing position during end of April-beginning of June (2 months), I got to the final phase and then have been ghosted. Completely. The process started pleasantly with the recruiter and COO being very nice and apologetic when there were delays. I had one interview with the recruiter, one interview with the COO, case study preparation and then final interview with the CEO and COO. And that’s it. After, they disappeared completely. No answer whatsoever. I followed up twice in the following 2 weeks and then I gave up as I realized that I am not interested in working for such a company. After putting people to go through such a lengthy recruitment process, Airmee, please have the decency, not to say the professionalism to follow up, no matter the answer. At this level or any other level, candidate or not, you know how to take or give no for an answer.
