I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airship Industries (Redmond, WA) in Nov 2018
Interview
They have you do to panel interviews where they will ask you various technical questions and might expose you to the software looking to see how intuitive you are. They are also looking to see if you're a fit to the corporate culture (they're looking to see if you're a normal human being or not)
I applied online. I interviewed at Airship Industries (Seattle, WA) in July 2019
Interview
Brief interview. Half of them the interviewers didn't know what they wanted to ask and resulted in a lot of awkward silences. One interviewer was on his phone the entire time and acted dick-ish. If you are interviewing someone who took time out of there day to drive through traffic for an interview the least you can do is act interested in what you are doing and give someone your attention. the interview was unorganized and unprofessional.

Interview
I interviewed with the software developer at the company and he initially asked me general things like things about me and my experience. Then he immediately moved on to two technical interview questions which were array and string manipulation.
At that time, I wasn't as well prepared as I could've been since it was my first technical interview in a couple of months so I didn't do too well on it. But the questions I thought were fair and pretty straight forward.
