Initial phone screen with a recruiter. Mostly a casual conversation. The questions were focused on the company's vision. Second video round with a UX manager for 30 minutes. Specific questions based on the resume, design process, and a PORTFOLIO PRESENTATION. The portfolio presentation came out of the blue as the recruiter said the round was only about my design process and user research. Be prepared to present a strong case study of your's within 15 minutes. They see if your design process matches with whatever case studies you are presenting. Just two rounds took about 4 weeks. Had to follow up multiple times for updates.
