I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aislelabs in Mar 2025
Interview
3 stages, 4 if you count the recruiting agency I was a part of. First, a semi technical interview with hard algorithmic questions, hard constraints (like only most optimal solution) also went through resume and talk about the position. Then, two devs with lots of questions about tech stack, not that hard but at the end two coding problems, also quite hard. Finally, a culture fit interview which seemed more of a formality than anything else.

Question 1
Tell us about a challenging client situation and how you handled
How would you manage recording the information if we don't have a CRM
I had 2 rounds of phone interview, the first round was basically a run-down of my resume. The second round has some JD specific questions. Didn't hear from the team after that, kept following up but there wasn't any response
