I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aitia in June 2022
Interview
Two interviews. The first was with HR and was a fairly quick interview where the interviewer spent half the time explaining the position and the other half asking clarification questions related to my resume. The second was with the senior VP that handed the positions divisions and covered more technical questions related to the job and specifics about knowledge and experience. Both interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. Both interviews were handled remotely via Microsoft Teams.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aitia
Interview
Quick, friendly, skipped to just a couple of technical questions that shows that you understand at a high level. Liked that I didn't have to answer 100 easy questions to show that I am a senior level developer just a couple of moderately complex questions that made me think.

Asked about the requirements for a query and asked if the query met the requirements
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aitia (Boston, MA) in July 2020
Interview
I applied at the start of July 2020 and received first communication through end of July. My first interview which was a phone screen was scheduled with the VP of People and Culture team. Following the initial screening, I was put in touch with the Director Analytics which was a pleasant talk about my background and experience in healthcare. The next step included 4 separate interviews that involved speaking with the Principal Data Engineer and Directors of different departments who are closely associated with the Data Services team (All the interviews were phone/video and lasted 30 mins each).
The entire interview process was seamless with a very good communication between the HR and the interviewers. The interviews, in themselves, were focused more on the 'experience' of being in a regulated healthcare environment and put a lot on emphasis on domain knowledge rather than zen level programming acumen.
It took only about 4 days after the final interview for them to extend an offer.
