Interview
2 stage interview, 1st a telephone and then face to face. Face to face was with an external HR advisor who spent alot of time reviewing all areas of my CV and asking me, in detail about my experiances and how i dealt with certain areas and challenges in past roles. Overall the interview lasted about an hour.
