First I was invited to an online assessment done by another company (SHL) the exam consisted of two stages: first multi choice test which determines your profile in terms of your priorities. This one tests how would you act on different situations. Second assessment includes three tests which tests you verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and inductive reasoning. I must admit that the assessment was harder than I've thought. I advise anyone to be prepared well and complete these assessments when you can spare at least 2 hours.
Secondly, two Skype interviews were arranged (I'm living outside of Netherlands) first one was with two other black belts and second one was with master black belt (the hiring manager) and a senior black belt.
Questions were general like "your strengths, weaknesses, what your friends may tell about you etc.)
Then I was invited to Akzo Nobel HQ in Amsterdam for real life assessment which consisted of three stages: Regular HR interview, role playing where you have to convince the pretend manager to something and finally a business case where you have to be prepared for a board meeting.
On the following week, I was phoned by the hiring manager and told I was unsuccessful with a brief feedback on why (which is I think very nice compared to an automated email from HR)
