Interview is good, very insightful and informative. However recruitment has a very bad reputation pre onboarding. Any applicants may change their minds quietly and accept better offers due to poor commitment.
My interview was professional and insightful. The interviewer asked relevant questions, listened attentively, and explained the role clearly. I felt respected, comfortable, and motivated to contribute effectively. I left the conversation feeling respected, motivated, and eager to contribute.
