Al-Mulla Group interview questions

A very Lengthy process, i have faced almost 7 Interviews and it took almost 4 months to finish all the interviews. the latter part of the interview was with the top management where they mostly focused on technical side and people management.

The management appears uncertain about their requirements. I went through seven rounds of interviews, and after each one, I had to follow up for updates. They seem unable to match my previous salary and resort to vague excuses, such as claiming that work experience from other companies isn’t considered. The organization comes across as disorganized, and the management should take steps to review and improve the hiring process.
