Not structured, time consuming and not productive. Very generic questions and not feeling welcomed. No respect to the candidates, inviting them on site and the third station is interview with the CEO.

Applied via a friend, got an interview with the manager and senior manager, it was fairly informal with a few basic interview questions and just getting an understanding of one another.

Wasn't too bad very thorough interview process not really relating to the role loads of accounting based questions for a customer service role. The interview went well again very detailed.
