I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Al Rossy Investigations (Succasunna, NJ) in Mar 2013

Interview

Office located in what looked like a photo studio. There was no mention of the security business on the building and I could hear gun fire in the basement shooting gallery below. Al was also armed during the interview, which I didn't have a problem with.

Can you handle standing and walking for long periods of time (8+ hours a day)? Any criminal background? Are you SORA certified?
