Candidates were shortlisted as per the required graduation from HR, And the shortlisted candidates were called upon phone for appointment. 1st round of interview was f2f with divisional manager. 2nd round was held by sales engineer from energy sustainable and retrofit department, and the final round was group discussion with the sales team and service team.
