Very straight forward interview process. Phone interview to panel interview. Very compassionate and friendly people. They asked a lot of scenario type questions. Seems like a nice place to work with lots of opportunities for growth.
I applied online and received a response within a few days, inviting me to the first round of interviews. They do have a policy to reach out to every applicant, which is something unheard of.
After conducting a LinkedIn search, I discovered that they had only hired individuals of a specific racial background. Perhaps this is why the weird policy exists.

Interview was panel style via MS Teams with Management and leadership. They asked good questions and we had a pleasant interaction/exchange. Overall pleased with how it went. I ended up getting the job.
