Alameda Mortgage interview questions

Had an initial phone screen, then was brought into for a face to face interview. Got a call a week later for an offer but the COO was surprised by my salary (even though it had been discussed in the first round with someone else). The COO said he would talk to other departments and get back to me. A week later I followed up to hear they were still in talks. That was well over 2 months ago and they never even touched base again. The communication was very poor.
