I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alarice International (Hong Kong) in Sept 2020
Interview
After I sent out the application, in around 3-4 days, I received the email from HR. I was told to do 2 tasks about the digital marketing. Through this 2 tasks, I gained further understanding of the real work in Alarice and becoming more certain that this was exactly what I'm interested in. After the delivery of the tasks, in around 1-2 days, I received a phone call interview and then confirmed my attendance for the half day trial day.
On the trial day, I was interviewed with another candidate. We firstly signed a simple agreement on keeping the business information confidential. It was quite acceptable as the company was really in an open status to us. After that, the colleagues shared with me 1-2 tasks for the trial day, also the real work, which I considered as challenging but interesting. The Founder and a senior manager also interviewed me. They were really nice and easygoing, and the questions were not really difficult. They just wished to know me further and see if I'm a good fit for their team.
During the launch, they asked me what I preferred to eat and bought me launch. We ate together and also communicated during the launch. I think it was really friendly and fun since we are all young people, having a lot of topics to talk about.
I personally enjoyed this interview process. Through doing the tasks, I can make sure if I'm interested in the working content, otherwise, I would not be willing to invest the time and effort on it. And it's also a good thing for the team to select those who are really serious to the position. Through the trial day, I got the chance to feel the working atmosphere in the team and understand the company culture further more. This made me felt more certain that I wish to join this team.
My advice on the interview would be: get yourself well-prepared and show the best of yourself!

I applied online.
The process took 6 days.
Interview
The whole recruiting process is quite efficient. After sending the application, they asked some basic questions on the phone and sent me a written test a day after. Then after submitting the written test, I was asked to go to their office to do a task and a face to face interview for half a day. About three days after, I got an job offer. The whole process is systematic and formalized. They also had phone call follow up after each interview process, which made me feel they take every step seriously. Though I got another job offer, I feel like they are professionals to work with. I look forward to working with them if there are any opportunities in the future.
Thanks very much for sharing your experience interviewing with Alarice. Hope we have opportunities to working together in the future. :)
