Alarm.com Design Manager interview questions

Started off with an initial phone interview. Then came an aptitude test online and a design test/sample request for two different pieces. After that, I was invited to a video interview with the manager. As far as interviews go, nothing was too difficult or negative, though the design tests are always annoying and time consuming especially when you don't end up getting an offer.
