Applied online and immediately received a follow up with HR requesting a HR phone screen call. HR called and we discussed the position and my skills and experience. The call was very informative and HR was very professional and cordial. Did a follow up interview at the office in Bloomington. Absolutely stunning view and location. The interview comprised of a one on one with HR. We went through some interview questions and then did some hands-on scenarios with the Alarm.com dashboard app and then corrected a paragraph. The next phase consisted of 5 members of the Alarm.com staff who sat with me and they took turns asking questions. Very cordial group. This phase again consisted of interview questions and sample customer service calls that required you to try and remedy the issue or target what the potential issue was. The interview process with the Alarm.com team was a very positive experience. Great company!
