I first had an evaluation by an outsourcing talent agency. Then, I was asked to come for face-to-face interviews with several managers, directors and the VP of our department. The decision was made in about 3 weeks.

Interview
Easy and laid back process, met with two different people. The first was a HR rep, the second was the team lead. Both were very friendly but compensation was ultimately the issue.
