At first when I applied for this job I was surprised of the low quantity applied for this job, comparing to the others. Then, I realized why. Its a waste of time. Even if you answer all questions very well and they look excited about you during interview they reject you anyways. Save yourself some time and travel!

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how disappointing it can be to invest time in an interview process and not receive an offer, especially after feeling that the conversations went well.
Our goal is to provide every candidate with a fair and consistent evaluation based on the requirements of the role. Reaching the final interview is an accomplishment, and hiring decisions at that stage often come down to small differences in experience, technical fit, or team needs rather than a candidate's overall abilities.
We appreciate the time and effort you invested in meeting with our team and wish you all the best in your job search.
