Be prepared for team interviews. I was asked some tough questions, including how to handle conflict resolution and how I would communicate if I was unable to complete an assignment by the deadline. February 2013 the interviewing team stated that they Are restructuring the department and intend to re-distribute responsibilities. They asked about project management skills and they are using Sharepoint, which I am not familiar with, so I was not called back for a second round of interviews.
