It was very casual and was cool to talk to members of the team. They ask about your resume and previous experience and go from there. Not super structured. They ask about your areas of interest and if you see yourself staying with Alberici.

Process was quick. 30 minute interview conducted the day after career fair. It was more of a get to know you discussion. Second interview was conducted online with a panel of 5 people. No technical questions were asked. They are more concerned about finding a good fit.
