Interviewers asked about experience and various projects I have worked on. It felt like more of a conversation than an interview. There is a portion where you are asked to complete a personality assessment with an external consultant.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alberici
Interview
The interview was very generic. I was asked a lot of questions that covered materials already on my resume.
It felt like questions were being read from a sheet and there was little to no emotion or connection.
Despite being solicited to take this interview for a job I didn't apply to, I was surprised by how little effort was put in.
I understand that recruiters have to give a lot of interviews but they are often the first people a candidate sees.
I wasn't surprised when I didn't get a follow-up interview though I feel I didn't get a chance in the preliminary interview to cover my true skillsets.
