Behavior based questions, 30 minutes each, some phone interviews, and a phone screen at the beginning.
FYI- Be prepared for shifting schedules. It was explained to me that it is a small manufacturing facility and shifting priorities call for flexibility. It was true. We did not stay right on schedule and a few of the interviewers changed places. Overall, it was pretty close to what I would expect.

On-sight and Phone. Offer was pending but stopped by the CEO after a phone screen from him even though recruiter informed me an offer was ready to be signed. The CEO went over the line in asking if I was a Republican of Democrat.

Team in Charleston was great! CEO is new and has communication issues. Does not know true leadership qualities and collaborative aspects of team decisions trusting his employees and listening to their feedback.
