Interview
They organise a fast meeting via internet webcam (similar to Zoom). Very fast interview (5 - 10 minutes). They ask you a few questions including a scenario question but nothing difficult.
SCENARIO QUESTION: If a Year 4 student did not want to do any more learning and wanted to go play on their iPad, how and what would you do to re-engage them to finish the tutoring session?

Interview
It was very smooth and short, it ran for about ten minutes. They asked me to introduce myself and then asked a few questions about my experience, and whether I have tutored individuals with learning impairments.
