Applied on-line. Was called very quickly by the recruiter. I had a phone interview, then was flown in to interview on 2 separate occasions. Their interview process was somewhat disorganized. Changing agendas at the last minute (that may have been on purpose to see if I was able to adapt to rapid change). I did experience the bad cop / good cop interview style. The entire process from application to offer took at least a month.
