Alden Village interview questions

Interview involves meeting with 2 people, the director of nursing and the higher up management director. Clinical questions were asked regarding prioritization and how to respond to specific situations. Emphasis on reactions to crisis or agitated patient. After was standard interview with management.

Greeted by front staff. Called within 5 mins of check in. Interviewed with the director and assistant director. Very kind and had a good interview. Took a tour after around facility
